Journeyman Job Requirements:

• Ability to diagnose electrical problems using various meters and related equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Understanding of National Electrical Code.
• Have good communication skills.
• Good reading skills to interpret drawings and electrical code specifications.
• Teamwork skills when working on large projects with co-workers.
• Mechanical ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Problem solving abilities to change installation techniques to on-site working conditions.
• Stable, verifiable work history.
• Must have own basic hand tools.

Electrician's Helper Job Requirements:

• Stable, verifiable work history.
• Must show initiative.
• Must be Dependable.
• Must have own basic hand tools.
• Manual dexterity required to perform precision work.
• The ability to distinguish colors in order to work with color-coded wiring.
